Graduates

About our program
Monsanto Australia offers new graduate’s positions as part of the Asia-Pacific Regional Graduate Program. Graduates can be offered roles in a variety of fields from technology development to commercial, finance and everything in between.

The program is aimed at expanding the knowledge of all graduates by giving them the chance to experience working on two major projects during the course of their first twelve months. This is a challenging and demanding program that will see graduates gain hands-on experience and allow the graduate to demonstrate their skills, knowledge and agility in real-life situations.

Where could you work?
Typically graduates will undertake the first of their projects – usually lasting around six months – in one of the Australian locations. For the second project, graduates are given the opportunity to work on a project elsewhere in the Asia-Pacific region. Recent projects undertaken by our graduates have included:

  • Increasing awareness within the corn business in Indonesia
  • Improving and streamlining the accounts payable processes in the Philippines
  • Supporting the first commercial release of biotech canola in Victoria and New South Wales
  • Creating a Commercial team training program across the Asia-Pacific region

Internships
From time to time Monsanto also offers the opportunity for those still studying to work with Monsanto either during their university holidays or at other times throughout the year.
